Custom Policy
Richie Clark Clothing, LLC is not mass produced, we make custom / made-to-order goods. Our products are exclusive and can be made to your specific needs.
Custom Designs Policy
All our designs are made and shipped within 6 weeks time, anything less is considered a rush order and has an additional fee. One free modification in the design is allowed after the agreement on the design with the first week, excluding fabric changes and garment type i.e dress to pants. Other modifications can be made but a fee will be incurred.
Depending on the complexity of the garment or designer needs, up to 3 fittings are possible and will be decided on upon order placement.
We cannot and will not duplicate a design of another designer, brand etc. A design can be used as inspiration but we will make it “Richie Clark Clothing, LLC". It will not be a carbon copy.
Refunds/Cancellation Policy
Due to the fact that our clothing is made-to-measure and labor intensive, we have a strict no refund policy on custom design. Whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. Therefore, once your order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled. Clothing that does not fit properly but fits the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payment Schedule
All customs require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total price to start the project and will remaining 50% will be broken down into 2 installments; The final installment will be at the completion of the work. Invoices are due upon receiving.
Late Fees
For late or missed payments, a fee will be incurred ($25). Production on the garment will stop until payment is made.
Acceptance of terms
The action of the sending and receipt of this agreement via electronic method will hold both parties in acceptance of these terms. The Designer as sender and the client as recipient will acknowledge acceptance of these terms either through an e-mail noting acceptance or acceptance is acknowledged at the beginning of any work on said project. Electronic signatures shall be considered legal and binding.
